Orders are packed in Quality shipping boxes, so that they arrive safely.

National (in Germany only)

DHL Parcel up to 2kg is 3,90EUR
Paket up to 10kg is 6,90EUR

Returns

For any reason should a customer be dissatisfied please contact us.
Please keep in mind that our products are hand carved and made so
each product may vary in size or colour etc. Should you want to send it back,
please re-pack the items in their original packing materials and within 14 days
should reach our offices. During this time the items still remains our property.
